How can I register to the web site ?
To make a registration click on “Register” in the bottom of the page under “My Account” section. In order to create an account you should provide valid e-mail address and a strong password. After you complete the registration, you can edit your profile and add other information to proceed with the orders.
I forgot my password. How can I get a new one ?
Please click on “Forgotten Password” under the “Login” screen. Then you will need to fill in the email you’ve used to register on Hydro-Pack and click on “Submit”. Once done, we will send you an e-mail with instructions to your mailbox. If you are not receiving the e-mail, please check your spam folder.
How can I see the shipping cost and VAT tax for my order ?
VAT is Value-Added Tax, a general consumption tax on a good or service. It is applied to every sale made in the EU. In order to see the applicable shipping costs and VAT tax for your order, you have to make a registration to our web site. The information will be displayed after you add the product/s to the shopping card and fill the address details.
How can I track my order ?
You can check your order status after you login into your account and click on “Order History” in your profile. Here you can see your order history, check the status of an order, tracking number and details about the deliverer. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
Which country does the shipment come from ?
Shipments are sent from Hydro-Pack LTD (Bulgaria). In case of insufficient quantity in our main warehouse, we may ship the orders from our other warehouses, located in Turkey and Germany. You will be notified about this upon placing the order.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
We are working with TNT, Fedex and DHL in order to provide express shipping service to our customers. The estimated delivery time for orders made within the European Union is 2-3 business days. Delivery time for non-EU regions is 5-7 business days. The estimated delivery time may change during import processes/documentation in the customs.
Do you ship to outside the European Union (EU)?
Yes, we do ship to countries inside and outside the European Union.
